Yéego T-shirt

Here the brand logo for Yéego! I wanted the logo to resemble my Diné culture. Diné (Navajo) creation story, the creator place the Diné on land between four sacred mountains. Blanca Peak (east mtn, white) Sisnaajiní "the dawn or white shell mtn." Mount Taylor (south mtn, blue) Tsoodził "the turquoise mtn or blue bead." San Francisco Peak (West mtn, yellow) Dook'o'oosłííd "the summit that never melts, or abalone shell mtn." Hesperus Mountain (North mtn, black) Dibé Nitsaa "big sheep". With father sun rising in the background. Diné culture, we are taught to run to the east at dawn to greet our deities. The east direction is very significant to our culture.
